We use positive redirection (e.g., "Let’s find another way to show big feelings!") and natural consequences to teach problem-solving. For unsafe actions like running off, we collaborate with parents on a plan; persistent issues (e.g., hitting, leaving the group) may require meetings or, rarely, withdrawal for safety.

We align our closures with school schedules, including all provincial and federal statutory holidays, one week of Spring Break, and the entire Winter Break. Professional Development (Pro D) day care is available if minimum attendance is met two weeks prior. We also offer two weeks of full-day summer camps in both July and August. Optional activities, such as gymnastics, weekly horseback riding, and Canada’s Best Karate lessons (twice weekly), are periodically available at an additional discounted cost.
